YOUR VERSATILE ROLE:

 
  • Leading, developing, and managing the quality control team, including personnel capacity planning and performance management
  • Designing, implementing, and continuously improving quality control processes and standards
  • Ensuring the approval and release of raw materials, input materials, and production orders
  • Overseeing complaint management, corrective measures, and quality reporting within the group
  • Key interface role between quality control, production, supply chain, customer service, and sales
  • Supporting production in resolving quality issues and non-conforming batches
  • Training, coaching, and developing employees and apprentices in quality control, including international teams
  • Managing and ensuring compliance with control plans, documentation, and quality systems
  • Leading continuous improvement initiatives and bringing innovative proposals
  • Actively promoting a strong culture of quality, safety, and hygiene in the workplace through proactive leadership
  • Active participation in cross-functional and group projects
  • Taking responsibility, a proactive approach, and the ability to think beyond immediate duties

Your profile:

 
  • High willingness to learn and strong initiative
  • Several years of experience in employee development and management
  • Completed technical vocational training or university degree (university/technical college) in plastics technology
  • Professional experience in coloristics and/or plastics technology is an advantage
  • Knowledge of key processing methods in the plastics industry
  • Very good knowledge of Hungarian and English at a business level; international experience is an advantage
  • Enthusiasm for international and interdisciplinary cooperation
