YOUR VERSATILE ROLE:

Leading, developing, and managing the quality control team, including personnel capacity planning and performance management
Designing, implementing, and continuously improving quality control processes and standards
Ensuring the approval and release of raw materials, input materials, and production orders
Overseeing complaint management, corrective measures, and quality reporting within the group
Key interface role between quality control, production, supply chain, customer service, and sales
Supporting production in resolving quality issues and non-conforming batches
Training, coaching, and developing employees and apprentices in quality control, including international teams
Managing and ensuring compliance with control plans, documentation, and quality systems
Leading continuous improvement initiatives and bringing innovative proposals
Actively promoting a strong culture of quality, safety, and hygiene in the workplace through proactive leadership
Active participation in cross-functional and group projects
Taking responsibility, a proactive approach, and the ability to think beyond immediate duties

Your profile:

High willingness to learn and strong initiative
Several years of experience in employee development and management
Completed technical vocational training or university degree (university/technical college) in plastics technology
Professional experience in coloristics and/or plastics technology is an advantage
Knowledge of key processing methods in the plastics industry
Very good knowledge of Hungarian and English at a business level; international experience is an advantage
Enthusiasm for international and interdisciplinary cooperation
